MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP IN GCB DELIVERS VALUE THROUGH NEXT LEVEL FORUM SHARED EXPERIENCES. EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AT GCB TRIPS. THE REGIONAL DIVERSITY. AND THE FRIENDSHIPS OF A LIFETIME. ALL APPLICANTS MUST SHOW THEY MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA.
How GCB MEMBERSHIP WORKS
1. YEARS IN EO AND IN LOCAL CHAPTER FORUM
GCB Chapter is a network of experienced EO’ers. We expect members to have learned the EO protocol, living and breathinng the air of EO. Hence we request a minimum of two years of EO experience, also two years of local chapter forum experience.
2. EO TRAINNING MASTERED
Forum is the fundamental product of EO. To master forum communication well, Forum Training Program(FTP), and moderator Training Program(MTP) is necessary.
There are some attributes that work in favor of your application. Such can be a) local board experiences, b) significant local chapter contributions, ie. daychairs of event, c) forum moderator experience. Experiences of such within EO is great, if such experiences are outside of EO, we’d love to know too.
MEMBERSHIP DUES
- EO GCB annual dues are RMB 2000, with a one- time new member chapter initiation fee of RMB 3000.
- Each Event will be paid by Member upon registration. The cost of event depends on location but usually around RMB 4000-7000 for 3days event.
- New members are required to paid RMB3000 for non-refundable fist event fee which can be used for the participation of first event to encourge commitment.
- All fees are due at the beginning of each fiscal year, which is July 1st. Fees are based on a monthly pro-rated schedule for new joiners.
